Customer's
sales can be put on hold and other sales processed. Then when the
customer has finished choosing, the sales can be brought up on any
till for completion. |

Products
can be line discounted by a percentage or a particular amount or the
Overall sale can be discounted again by percentage or amount. |

Methods of payment are cash, cheque, card, account, voucher, finance
or mixed. |

Serial/Frame
Numbers or references can be entered against particular items sold
so they appear on customer receipts. |
|
Customer's
details can be automatically prompted for recording when certain products
are sold, bikes, electrical equipment etc. The Postcode lookup facility
allows easy entry of customers addresses by using the postcode only. |

Hot
Keys are available on the keyboard or touch screen for selling products
without barcodes or sundry items enabling fast processing of sales.

|
Product
enquiries can be done by pressing one key. This gives information
about a product, the amount on order, when they are due in etc. |
|
Gift
Vouchers can be printed using a cheque printer and managed so you
know the exact value of gift vouchers outstanding, and those that
have expired. |
|
Money
Off Vouchers can be processed during a sale against particular items
included in the sale. |
|
Returning
Items can be grouped by the reason for return and can be included
as part of a sale so only the balance is payable, or put on their
account as a credit note so that the customer must buy something to
the value of the credit. |

|
|
Cash
Expenses are recorded out of the till to ensure reconciliation at
the end of the day. |
|
An
electronic journal records all the operations performed by each cashier
and can be reported on, such as sale line deletions, No Sale Cash
drawer opens etc. |

One touch key allows the till screen to be switched to the back office
menu for booking in stock etc, and if a customer comes along then
one key press takes the cashier back to the till screen ready to process
the sale.

Special
offers can prompt the cashier when one of the items involved in the
promo is sold. |
|
The
till can automatically log out after a designated time of no use for
security. |
|
Once
the till has run a Z-Read for the day, if cash reconciliation is required
then it can be performed on the till at the same time or performed
later on another PC.

Receipts/Invoices
can be printed either on A4 or normal receipt printers depending on
products sold. |

New
barcodes or products can be quickly added at the till screen.
|
|
