The
Stock Maintenance screen provides all the details about your stock
item. It also provides some global utilities for stock maintenance
so that you do not have to go into each stock record to change it.
These include multiple deletions or discontinuing of products, supplier
or retail price changes for a limited period or permanently.

Multiple
barcodes or stock codes can be maintained for each product and quantities
or price marks can also be linked to each individual barcodes. |
|
Products
can have different selling profiles such as metres, kilos etc or simply
eaches. |
|
There
is a comprehensive, definable quantity discount structure, for which
the price each type of customer pays can be quickly viewed on each
stock record. |
|
PoS-iT
will create in-house barcodes for products without one. These products
can then be set to have a product label printed whenever these products
are booked into stock. |
|
|
|
Multiple
supplier details can be held for each stock item along with quantity
break pricing or promotional pricing for each one. |
|
Images
for products sold via the Web Shop are held along with details of
if they are Best buys, Clearance, Special Offers or New Products. |
|
Products
that have price-encoded barcodes are catered for along with those
where their cost is a percentage of the retail price.

View Sales History by this week, month or year of Quantity, Gross
Sales Value, Margin and Cost. |
